Ordering

We try our best to get your orders posted out as soon as possible and these will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on a Saturday will usually be posted on the Monday. If you would like to track your order, please get in touch and we can provide you with the tracking ID. All orders are quality checked before dispatch to ensure there are no flaws. 

 

Prices published are correct at date of publication. Prices may vary due to circumstances beyond our contro h however, this would be drawn to your attention on receipt of order You will then be given the option to proceed with your order or to cancel.

 

All items displayed are, to the best of our knowledge, in stock and available for dispatch.

Sizing

The size of glove you wear is a very individual thing. Some keepers prefer a tight fit whereas others like a more loose fitting fitting glove. Our sizes are 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 and we do not offer half sizes or fingersave  protection.

Returns

If for some reason any item(s) are not acceptable, you can return them to us in new condition i.e. unused, the plastic film (if your gloves have it) has not been removed and the glove packaging has not been damaged in anyway.

Please email info@behaltgoalkeeping.co.uk to let us know the reason for the return so that we can start the process. Please note we cannot offer returns for personalised items. Any returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. It is at your own cost to return the item(s) and we do not refund the original postage. All items are checked thoroughly and if appropriate, a refund minus the cost of postage, will be issued for the item(s).

Please send the gloves/bags back in their original packaging using the courier of your choice, the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We recommend that you send your return via a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. Please ensure sure your package is covered by the courier for the correct amount to cover any items being list in transit.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days depending on your card provider.

• Your return must be sent back in their original condition & packaging

• Ensure you package your return adequately to prevent any damage to the product(s) in transit

• Return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice detailing on this the reason for return.

      If you do not have a copy of the invoice please enclose a letter with your name, address, telephone

      number and the reason for the return and if possible, your order number.

• Choose the courier service to return your item ensuring you are covered for the value of the package in the event that it goes missing.

Faulty goods

All products are quality checked at the point of manufacturing and prior to orders being sent out from Behält HQ. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, or if you think a product is faulty after using the item please contact us immediately by email - info@behaltgoalkeeping.co.uk. Please provide the reason you think the item is faulty, if there is damage to the item please send us some clear photos showing the full product and the damaged area.

 

We aim to respond to emails within 1-5 working days to advise next steps. We have a glove care guide that lists faults that are caused buy taking gloves off incorrectly and we highly recommend looking at this before gloves are used. It is the managements discretion as to whether an item will be accepted back and a refund issued. We may contact you by phone to discuss this.

Shipping/Delivery

At Behält we aim to dispatch your items within 1-3 working days. All items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class signed for and are charged at a rate of £4.95 (mainland UK). As per the Royal Mail's website, they aim to deliver next working day including Saturdays however, please allow sufficient time for your package to arrive. 

 

Prices for posting outwith mainland UK vary and the postage is added to your order at the basket. In some circumstances, if a higher postage rate is passed on by Royal Mail we may need to pass this onto the customer but would contact you to inform you of any extra payment needed before any items are shipped. This does not happen very often but you reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not wish to proceed.
