If for some reason any item(s) is not acceptable, you may return it to us provided the item(s) has not been used in any way, the plastic film (if your gloves have it) has not been removed and the glove packaging has not been damaged in any way. Please email info@behaltgoalkeeping.co.uk to let us know the reason for the return.

If the item(s) are personalised we cannot accept them back. You can send the item(s) back within 30 days of the purchase. All items will be checked thoroughly and if appropriate a refund will be issued. Refunds can take 1-5 working days depending on the card provider. It is at your own cost to return the item(s) and we do not refund the original postage. Please send the goods back in the original packaging by the courier of your choice. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We recommend that you send your return on a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. Lost or missing items are your reasonability so please make sure your package value is covered by the courier for the correct amount so in the event of the item going missing you can make a claim.

Your return items must be sent back in their original condition & packaging

Ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the product(s) being returned

return your item with a copy of your invoice stating the reason for return.

If you do not have a copy of the invoice please enclose a letter with your name, address, telephone number and the reason for the return and if possible your order number also.

** Please note at this time we are unable to swap items, a refund transaction will be processed (if the product is in satisfactory condition) and if a different size/product is required then this would need to be ordered in a separate transaction.
