If for some reason any item(s) is not acceptable, you may return it to us provided the item(s) has not been used in any way, the plastic film (if your glove have it) has not been removed and the glove packaging has not been damaged in anyway. Please email info@behaltgoalkeeping.co.uk to let us know the reason for the return.
If the item(s) are personalised we cannot accept them back. You can send the item(s) back within 30 days of the purchase. All items are checked thoroughly and if everything is ok a refund will be issued for the item(s). Refunds can take 1-5 working days depending on the card provider. It is at your own cost to return the item(s) and we do not refund the original postage. Please send the goods back in their original packaging by the courier of your choice, please note that the goods are your responsibility until we receive them back. We recommend that you send your return on a trackable service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us. Lost or missing items are your own reasonability so please make sure your package is covered by the courier for the correct amount so in the event of the item going missing you can make a claim.

return your item with a copy of your invoice writing on the reason for return.
if you do not have a copy of the invoice please enclose a letter with your name, address, telephone
number and the reason for the return, if possible your order number also.
** Please not at this time we are not able to swap items, a refund transaction will be processed (if the product is in satisfactory condition) and if a different size/product is needed then this would need to be ordered in a separate transaction **
